"Flash" McNulty is a student at Tower Prep. He is first seen in Book Report. Ian Archer, Gabe Forrest, Suki Sato, and CJ Ward ask him to read the book The Odyssey, which all four procrastinated on reading. He reads the book in a matter of seconds, and tells them the story in a nondescript blurt. His nickname is apparently ironic, because although he can process information quickly, he seems to do everything else slowly.

His ability allows him to input any information at fast velocities. However, he can only output the information in the same way. Despite his inability to output the information in a average pace, he is training to do so, and is slowly making progress.
