The medical lab is a secret facility operated by Dr. Specs. It is accessed through the yellow elevator in the underground tunnels below the school. It also contains the hidden entrance to Cornelius Tower's office, which has apparently remained unnoticed by Dr. Specs.

This lab is the place where new students are brought to have their short-term memory erased through the use of a pair of headphones that emit the electronic buzzing noise. This explains why no students remember how they were brought to the school. The lab is full of other bizarre medical equipment, and was probably the site of other medical experiments in the past. An old surveillance camera video from the medical lab seems to show Cornelius Tower trying to stop a doctor (possibly Dr. Specs) from strapping down a student to a chair.
